Celina helped us sell our house and buy our new one. She was wonderful! She had her experienced team help us get our house ready to sell, vetted all the buyers finances before bringing us their offers, and worked tirelessly to present our property in the best way possible. On the buying end, she researched properties for us and connected with the other agents. She helped us negotiate the very best deal for our needs. She is a problem solver and was always there when we needed some advice or an answer. I would highly recommend you use use Celina's services for either buying or selling a property.

I have utilized Celina's services as property manager for my rental for two years. she is amazing as far as putting the best people into my house. If I have questions or concerns she addresses them immediatly. She goes out of her way to ensure that both I the property owner and the tenant are happy . When it is time for current tenet to move I trust that Celina will again get the best possible tenent into the home. The five star rating is not enough ,I would add a plus to it >

Celina was very profesional and helpful from the beginning. Celina always responds in a timely manner. She has helped us with different topics outside her responsibilities, we know that we can depend on her for our rental home completely.

Celina is responsible and reliable. Anytime we have issues to be discussed, she responds quickly and always comes up with viable solutions.She is our property manager for the past couple of years and we are happy with her work.

Celina has become our go-to property manager. She had the former tenant's mess cleaned up, revamped the landscaping in the front of the home, and showed and advertised the property until a tenant was found.
